What this is about :

UPSC conduct NDA Exam twice in a year. This year 2024 1st NDA exam is of approx 400 vacancy,any one who is 12th passed candidates were given time to fill application form online from 20 December 2023 to 09 January 2024. Then UPSC released Admit Card on 12 April 2024, before exam which is scheduled on 21 April 2024.

Step 5 : After proceeding a 'Important Instructions' page appears. Then click "Print" to take print out and read instructions carefully. Again in same page click "Yes" if taken print out. Attach 'Important Instructions' printout with e-Admit Cards to be permitted to enter in exam hall.

Some Important Instruction for NDA & NAVAL ACADEMY EXAMINATION (1),2024 by UPSC :

  1. Check e-Admit Card for errors and report them to UPSC.
  2. Include Name, Roll Number, Registration ID, and Exam details in correspondence.
  3. Bring printed e-Admit Card with important instructions and original Photo ID to exam sessions.
  4. Safeguard e-Admit Card; liable for any misuse.
  5. Entry closes 30 mins before exam; no late entries allowed. (9:30 am and 1:30 PM)
  6. Visit exam venue beforehand; arrive early on exam day.
  7. Candidates must appear at assigned venue; venue changes not allowed.
  8. Read rules/instructions for the exam.
  9. Candidature is provisional.
  10. Strict actions against mobile/electronic device use or rule violations.
  11. Simple wristwatches allowed; smart watches prohibited.
  12. Negative marking for wrong answers.
  13. Use black ballpoint pen for answers.
  14. No valuables allowed in exam premises; only essential items permitted.
  15. Clear photograph required on e-admit card; bring ID and photos if not clear.
  16. Ensure correct details on OMR answer sheet to avoid rejection.
  17. Masks optional but must be removed for verification.
  18. Hand sanitizer permitted in transparent bottle (small size).
  19. Follow social distancing and personal hygiene norms.
  20. Only water in transparent bottles allowed inside exam hall; no other beverages or food permitted.

NDA & NAVAL ACADEMY EXAMINATION (1),2024 Shift Timings :

On 21st April 2024 (Sunday) UPSC will conduct National Defence Academy (NDA) & NAVAL ACADEMY (NA) EXAMINATION (1),2024 in 2 Shifts. Candidates can see details of exams displayed in Admit Cards.
  • Shift 1 - 10 am to 12:30 PM.
  • Shift 2 - 2 pm to 4:30pm.
Note : Exam hall/center will closed before 30 minutes of your given timings.So itbeen requested to reach exam center more early as possible.
