Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released notification for Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination (CHSLE),2024. Approximately 3712 vacancies for various Group C posts including LDC, JSA, DEO, DEO(grade-A) with high Pay Scale. Recruitment for Posts and Salary :

1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 
• Pay Level-2 (Rs.19,900-63,200).
2. Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA):
•  Pay Level-2 (Rs.19,900-63,200).
3. Data Entry Operator (DEO): 
• Pay Level-4(Rs. 25,500-81,100).
• Pay Level-5(Rs. 29,200-92,300).
4. Data Entry Operator (DEO), Grade 'A':
• Pay Level-4(Rs. 25,500-81,100).

Age Limit (as on 01-08-2024) :

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has also mentioned age limit in its notification for Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination (CHSLE),2024. As on 01-08-2024 Candidates age should be in 18 - 27 years. Candidates born after 02-08-1997 and born before 01-08-2006 are eligible for participating in exam. Some relaxation for upper age limit also given to different categories.

Educational Qualification for SSC CHSLE :

For various Group C posts including LDC, JSA, DEO, DEO(grade-A) candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.

Application Fee for SSC CHSLE :

• Payable Fee : Rs. 100/- (Rs. one hundred only).
• Women, Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) : Rs. 0/- (No Fee).
• Fee payment can be made online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards.

How to fill Online Application/Registration for SSC CHSLE ?

The process of filling online applications or registration for Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination (CHSLE),2024 can be done in two parts :

1. One Time Registration.>>

2. Filling of online Application for the Examination.

 2.1. Visit official website ssc.gov.in or click direct link given below.

2.2. Click on "Login or Register", after clicking a small window will appear and fill Registration Number, Password and Captcha (fill the Registration no. & Password given at one time registration or if you don't have click on one time registration link given.

2.3. Then click "Apply" link in 'Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination 2024' under 'Latest Notifications' tab.

2.4. All the columns(1-18) will filled automatically from One Time Registration (Non-editable).If you want to modify any details click on "Modify Registration" tab. Click "Save & Next".

2.5. Fill Education Details & Qualification. Then click "Save & Next".

2.6. Fill Professional Background. Then click "Save & Next".

2.7. Fill Exam Requirement. Then Click "Save & Next".

2.8. Then Preview Form will appear,just check it's correctness. Move forward.

2.9. Upload Live Photagraph & Signature. Then click "Save & Next".

2.10. In Declaration click "I agree" check box and fill up the Captcha. Then click "Save & Next".

2.11. Make payment if you are not exempted. (BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards).

2.12. After submitting application,take printout at last.

Windows for Application Form Correction :

Correction windows for SSC CHSLE will open from May 10-11, 2024 (23:00). Applicants can correct errors twice, paying ₹200 for the first correction and ₹500 for the second. Only online payment accepted. No changes allowed after window closes.

Minimum Qualifying marks for SSC CHSLE :

• UR                                   :         30%            
• OBC/EWS                       :         25%
• All other categories     :         20%

(For Tier-I, and Section-I, Section-II & Module-I of Section-III of Tier-II Examination).

Syllabus for SSC CHSLE :

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Syllabus for Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination (CHSLE),2024 consist of English, General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, Mathematical Abilitie, Reasoning and General Intelligence, Computer Knowledge Module, Skill Test/Typing Test Module.

Is there any negative marking in SSC CHSLE?

Yes,there will be negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer. So candidates should keep this in mind.
